First salmon of 2015

The first group just finished their fishing this weekend and a conditions that we are starting to get used to.  The river was at least double, if not triple in size and in those conditions the fishing can be difficult.  Still we manage to hook and land few salmons and here is a picture of Gusti with the first salmon of 2015, 81cm female caught in Stekkjarfoss.

The good news are that we manage to hook few others and lost few and in these conditions we are sure the more salmons are running up the river and people can be excited to fish all beats when the river level drops.

The opening group is a fantastic people and we wanted to say thank you to everyone.
