That is why we emphasize the importance of people feeling good and eating well, while staying at the Lodge providing excellent service and passionate chefs. Working with nature, our natural resources from Vatnsdalur Valley allows us to put together a wonderful menu, so that every customer has options that suit his or her palate. We also take care of specific request regarding those who have special wishes, wheather they are vegatarians, or have food allergies. Anglers start their day with a hearty breakfast. Lunch is composed of three-course meal, and at the end of the day, mouth-watering dinner is served.
